EisnerAmper Names New COO, CHRO

Global business advisory, accounting and tax firm EisnerAmper announces that Matthew Morgan has been named the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and Maureen Paradine has been named Chief Human Resources Officer effective September 18, 2023. Both are based at the firm’s New York City headquarters.

With almost 25 years of operational experience, Matt will be responsible for overseeing firm operations, including systems, processes, technology and other critical functions to achieve the firm’s strategic goals. Matt has held COO and other roles in industry-leading firms across professional services sectors: McKinsey (management consulting), Bridgewater Associates (investment management), Parsons Brinckerhoff (engineering), Savills (real estate), and Teneo (strategic communications). Matt began his career as an Army intelligence officer and was awarded the Bronze Star in Afghanistan. He has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Management from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Maureen has more than 20 years of experience as a senior human resources executive—with companies such as Barnes & Noble Education and 1800flowers.com—where she had full HR responsibility for 10,000-plus employees across multiple locations globally. She will be responsible for EisnerAmper’s human resources organization including all professional development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement programs and diversity initiatives. Maureen has an M.A. in Industrial Psychology from New York University and a B.A. in Psychology from Hofstra University. She is a member of the Long Island Business Hall of Fame.
