Adam Fisk is a Tax Director with nearly 20 years of public accounting experience. His expertise includes both domestic and international corporate tax. He serves both privately held and publicly traded clients in the life sciences, manufacturing, and other various industries.
Adam works with corporations and partnerships on multistate and multinational returns. His experience includes, ASC 740 tax provisions, the reporting of income taxes in company’s financial statements, accounting for uncertainty in income taxes, handling IRS and state jurisdiction income tax audits, Research and Development Tax Credits (R&D) and handling the day-to-day tax functions of his clients.
