Dana Daigle

Dana Daigle is an Associate Director in the firm's Consulting Services Group. She brings nearly 15 years of expertise in financial management, disbursements, disaster management, forensic accounting, compliance, and litigation support.

A proven leader, Dana has effectively led several disaster recovery programs. She has managed the processes and personnel of several Covid-19 relief programs governed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, settlement claims programs, and a HUD-funded disaster recovery program. She has assisted with designing and implementing policies and processes resulting in over $770M in payments for multiple large-scale programs across the country. 

She has also led teams of up to fifty members for the Gulf Coast Claims Facility, Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damages Settlement, and the Restore Louisiana Program. Throughout each program, she has assisted with developing and implementing pertinent processes while managing teams to fulfill contracted responsibilities and successfully generate quality work product. 
 
Furthermore, She also manages and reviews Campaign Finance filings and has also experience overseeing the Controls & Risk Department's internal audit of a Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funded program and performing forensic analysis engagements.

Prior to joining the firm, Dana was an Associate Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm.
